Over the past five years, the company has delivered projects encompassing 75,000 square meters of completed space. At present, we are developing a multifunctional complex in Batumi, with a total area exceeding 58,000 square meters, comprising 875 apartments along with numerous auxiliary and recreational facilities. At the same time, a second large-scale project has commenced in Tbilisi—a contemporary residential neighborhood consisting of 4 blocks and 285 apartments, located in Krtsanisi, in a tranquil environment on the edge of a forested zone.
